Email puki.support@proton.me. Please describe what happened, your iPhone model, and your iOS version. Never send passwords, authentication codes, payment-card details, or sensitive veterinary documents.
Email Puki SupportAccount and data
You can delete your account from Puki Settings. This removes the authenticated Puki account and clears app data on that device. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address associated with your account.
Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings under your Apple Account and Subscriptions. Use Restore Purchases in Puki if an active purchase is not recognized.

Обліковий запис можна видалити в налаштуваннях Puki. Це видалить авторизований обліковий запис Puki та очистить дані застосунку на цьому пристрої. Якщо немає доступу до застосунку, напишіть із адреси, пов’язаної з обліковим записом.
Підписки
Premium-підписки оплачуються та керуються Apple. Підписку можна змінити або скасувати в налаштуваннях iOS у розділі підписок Apple Account. Якщо активну покупку не розпізнано, скористайтеся Restore Purchases у Puki.
